Becoming a Pop Consultant gives you access to our robust system used to interact with customers and manage sales to create wealth - with zero upfront cost or investment.

Pop's Mission is to be “the” place in which all used Boats, RVs and high ticket items are bought and sold. Our technology matches buyers with sellers and sellers with buyers in the used RV and Boating marketplace.

We are looking for passionate, energetic, self-starters to join our sales team and help sellers and buyers find each other and close sales!

Pop stands for “Paid on performance”. As a member of our commission-based team, there is no limit to your earning potential. Your results are determined by your efforts. Our dedicated Sales Consultants earn commissions between $30K and $200K+ annually. Successful consultants use our platform to build a thriving business in an assigned market area - a platform that requires only time, no up-front costs or franchise fees.

Responsibilities:

Answer and engage leads that are supplied from our website and other on-line advertising resources. We aren’t just an online platform, we also match customers with a local Pop Consultant who handles personalized interactions with potential buyers and sellers.

Build your business by going above and beyond in customer service by connecting sellers to buyers; initiating offers; moving customers to the closing stage of the sale by using our proprietary platform.

Provide information on listed products to potential customers and develop trust relationships to help them select the right product from our listings to make a purchase decision.

Connect with people who are looking to privately sell their boat or RV and work with them to list their product on our website. Emphasize the unique benefits of working with Pop to sell their unit.

Pop Consultants meet with customers to acquire details and pictures of products customers want to list and sell. And arrange showings of products that customers are interested in seeing. Solid communication skills across all media are a key to success.

Skills:

Selling skills that include a proficiency at lead management using a robust CRM solution.

Ability to easily connect with people to help them make decisions in the selling/buying process.

Interpersonal skills to work with a wide variety of people inside and outside of a company.

Strong communicator - proficient in telephone, emailing, texting and social media.

Solid computer/technology knowledge.

What does Pop stand for?

In short, we are “Paid on Performance”.

When a unit is listed with Pop we use the power of our connections to market the unit. We connect to all of the major listing sites on-line, target market through Google, Facebook, and Instagram as well as using our deep data intelligence engine to match the unit to the right buyer in our database of over 2 million shoppers. The result is over 5,000 leads per week are sent to our team of Pop Consultants.

We do all this at no charge for the product listing, unless we provide the buyer that purchases the unit, in which case the seller fee is 10% of the purchase price. Sellers can cancel their agreement with Pop at any time, with 15 days’ notice, so it is a low risk proposition for a convenient, secure, and effective service.

We aren’t just an online platform, though, we also match sellers with a local Pop Consultant (could be you!) who handles taking photos, building a great ad, talking to potential buyers, coordinating showings and working through the offers with the seller.

Once the offer is submitted, Consultants turn the customer over to our expert closing team who will handle the escrow of funds and documents, clearing titles, financing if needed for the buyer, paying off banks and clearing liens (if needed), and handling the secure transfer of the unit to the buyer and funds to the seller. A trusted transparent process every step of the way.

Our platform and process allows us to sell over 4,000 boats and RV’s per year (we just sold our 24,000 unit). Pop has earned a BBB A+ Accreditation, a 4.5 star rating across the major review sites, and a spot on the Inc. 5000 this year for the fourth time.

Pay: $39,265.68 - $159,330.71 per year
