Chief Brand Officer (CBO) to join an Executive Team of a President, CEO, CFO and COO.
Our C-Suite serves multiple entities in fields, including healthcare, agriculture, and construction. We are currently undergoing a transformation from a small to a medium-sized business. As a part of our transition, we are scaling locations, services, products, staff, and management. We are also working to formalize our operations, refine our quality control, and define consistent, repeatable processes. This new position will lead the decision-making and implementation for our brand images. Responsibilities will be wide-ranging and will include:
- Creating and implementing a social media strategy. Over time this may include staffing out a social media department.
- Designing and implementing marketing campaigns
- Coordinating with Management for Promotions, Give-Aways, and Staff Recognition
- Planning, Organizing, and Hosting Events for Many Annual Occasions throughout the Year
- Writing the Monthly Newsletter
- Working with the Marketing Manager to Maintain a Consistent Brand Image
- Advising on Logos, Slogans, Designs, Decorations, etc.
- Providing Creative Input across all Operations
Qualifications
We are looking for a true professional - someone with the highest level of judgment and discretion. As an executive position, this role comes with executive responsibilities. You must have a “do what needs to be done” attitude - understanding that the hours aren’t consistent and you will do something different almost every day. Other requirements include the following:
- Extensive Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Especially Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
- Comfortable with E-Commerce and Managing a Website
- Undeterred when Ideas are Rejected or Modified
- High Energy - Comfortable in a High Paced Environment
- Strong Organizational and Language Skills
- Advanced Technological Proficiency
- Excellent Analytical and Decision Making Ability
- Competitive and Goal Driven
- Willing to Learn New Things and Develop New Skills - Including Obtaining Licenses or Certifications to Add to Your Repertoire.
- Comfortable with a Flexible Schedule, Occasional Travel, and an Uncertain Daily Routine. However, this position will lend itself to hybrid work.
