Job Title: Customer Service Representative I

Pay Rate: $ 18.00 to $ 18.00

JOB SUMMARY

Duties:

• Track shipments on carrier websites and update systems with current status
• Process freight claims and follow up with carriers on claim status
• Prepare and publish reports

Skills:

• Strong computer skills including extensive experience with MS Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook
• Data entry experience
• High Level of attention to detail
• Prioritizes work activities; plans and stays organized
• Comfortable communicating with internal customers and vendors by email and phone

Education:

High School Diploma / GED or equivalent some college preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
