As a part of our Ford of Canada – Marketing, Sales and Service broader team and Parts, Service and Logistics organization the Customer Service Representative will play a role in delivering trusted customer experiences. The Customer Service Representative will deliver objectives aligned with our Ford + Company purpose and is committed to meeting customer demand by delivering the right products to the right dealers at the right time. Collectively we will accomplish this by adopting an audience-first approach to promote customer dedication, vehicle repurchase, as well as additional sales of vehicle, parts, accessories, and services.

• Education: College diploma or equivalent is required
• Experience:
  • Must possess strong interpersonal and customer service acumen
  • Able to work in a team-based environment
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Able to multi-task
• Successful candidate must be able to demonstrate leadership in The Ford Truths combined with outstanding interpersonal, teambuilding, and communication skills

(Successful candidates will be required to provide proof of degree completion for the highest level of education attained. If the degree was obtained from a school outside of Canada, an Education Credential Assessment report showing Canadian equivalency is also required.)
