Shifts Available: Full or Part-time

Server? We have a Day Shift opportunity! The full-time hours are 7am-1:30pm.

Retired? Stay at home parent? Second Job? or Student? We have the perfect hours for you!

The part-time hours are 11am - 1pm shifts!

The days of the week are flexible. Includes other weekend and holiday rotations.

Requirements:

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Must be 15 years of age or older.
• No experience is required.

Three Links is a progressive health care provider for older adults in the Northfield area. Located just south of the Twin Cities of Minneapolis and St. Paul, the campus includes Skilled Nursing, Respite Care, Memory Care, End of Life Care, Assisted Living, and Independent Living.

We are seeking Dietary Aides to join our culinary team at Three Links for full-time (with benefits) and part-time shifts. We can work around your busy schedule. Paid training! Students are encouraged to apply. We offer competitive pay and benefits.

The Dietary Aide works under the supervision of the cooks/supervisors and Culinary Service Manager while working collaboratively with members of the dietary staff. Training is provided. Food services experience is preferred, but not required.

Dietary Aides are responsible for carrying out assigned duties, which will assist the cook/supervisor in meal preparation, serving of food, and maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen and dietary equipment. Must treat residents with courtesy and respect. The employee will also perform other reasonable related duties as assigned.
