Description

We are looking to recruit an organized, motivated, and passionate individual to join our top performing Partner Account Management Team. This new team member will work with our strategic growth partners on their day-to-day business needs and with other departments within the company to create new plans, products, and systems to help elevate their partners. Top candidates will have a broad skill set including strong partner management and negotiations skills, leadership development, analytical horsepower, excellent business judgment, deep curiosity about how things work, and a passion for creating a world class experience for our partners and customers.You must be willing to challenge the status quo in order to improve existing workflows and processes to enhance the partner experience. You must have the presence and communication skills to represent Abbyson across assigned retail partners.

Core Responsibilities

  • Build strong and sustainable relationships with our partners. Find creative solutions in negotiations and facilitate discussions in order to drive profitable growth.
  • Improve the partner experience, optimize our offering, and getting the basics right (price, selection, convenience).
  • Turn in-depth analysis into strategic insight, present these in convincing data and turn them into action.
  • Work closely with stakeholder teams (e.g., supply chain, product, marketing) to align all efforts and deliver results.
  • Travel as needed, to partners offices and trade shows.

Skills, Knowledge & Abilities

  • Bachelor’s degree required ideally in business, communications, or a similar discipline.
  • 4+ years of work experience in account management preferred.
  • Experience managing a team preferred.
  • Capable of working with multiple partners, systems, and personalities.
  • Professional negotiation experience.
  • Experience working with and influencing cross-functional teams.
  • Experience delivering against goals and targets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
