The File Clerk/Office Assistant is an integral part of the Accounting Team.

Responsibilities and Duties
Job duties include but are not limited to the following:
- Alphabetizing and filing of paid invoices
- Filing job cost receipts into envelopes
- Scanning job documents into company cloud drive
- Support Accounting department with other duties as needed
- Opportunity for further growth
Qualifications and Skills
Ideal candidate must be:

- Detail-oriented and desire accuracy in all tasks
- Self-starter with excellent time management skills
- Must have excellent prioritization abilities and be able to meet regular deadlines in a fast paced work atmosphere

Hours
Job Type: Part-time
Total hours available: 15 - 20
Schedule: Some flexibility. Can work the hours in two days or four days. Can be four hour blocks or 8 hour blocks. Additional hours may be available if department has project needing assistance.
Salary: $18.00 to $21.00 /hour
