Flexographic Operator’s in Minneapolis, MN | $24.00 to $27.00/Hour DOE
Our Flexographic Operator’s workweek is Monday to Friday with hours starting at 7:30 am until 4:00 pm. This job is a Skilled Industrial type position that that pays $24.00 to $27.00/Hour DOE and is a Temp-to-hire opportunity.
Flexographic Operator Duties and Responsibilities –
We are looking for a person that has experience running a Flexographic label printing press (Machines similar to Mark Andy, Siat, Heidelberg, etc.).
- Fill out all required paperwork and documentation.
- Reads and interprets blueprints
- Uses gages and measuring instruments to meet tolerance requirements
- Understands, and has the ability to, perform tool wear offsets
- Recognizes, deploys and properly uses inserts, fixtures and tooling
- Performs daily and regular cleaning and light maintenance tasks on machinery
- Utilizes and abides by current ISO requirements
- Will be printing up to 3 Colors on both BOPP Film tapes and Paper tapes.
Flexographic Operator Requirements and Qualifications –
- Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily
- 2 years related experience and/or training on Machines similar to Mark Andy, Siat, Heidelberg, etc
- High School diploma or GED required
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts
- Effectively communicate and understand job instructions in the English language
- Ability to perform basic mathematical computations
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. when required
- Willing to pay more for someone with supervisory experience.
