Front Desk Receptionist / Switchboard Operator

KZ Recreational Vehicles, located in Shipshewana, Ind., has an opening for a full-time Receptionist to operate the switchboard and coordinate the main entry area. This position is the first point of contact for our company and is most importantly a customer service role.

Other duties include processing mail, data entry, scanning, office supply ordering, various accounting support tasks, and other duties as assigned.

The ideal candidate will have well-rounded experience in an office environment and general office support. To be successful in this role, an optimistic personality and the ability to stay positive and productive during periods of stress will be essential. A mature and professional demeanor, as well as dependable punctuality and attendance are also required.

This is a full-time hourly position, Monday-Friday, 7 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Successful completion of a post-offer drug screen and criminal background check are conditions of employment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
