We are currently seeking a dedicated Labourer to join our team who will contribute to overall success of the Construction Site by providing quality work. You will have at least one year of general labour experience with construction being an asset. This position will be held on our Construction Site in Langford, BC.

What You Will Do:

• Load and unload construction materials, and move materials to work areas
• Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites using rakes, shovels, wheelbarrows, and other equipment
• Erect and dismantle fencing, ramps, catwalks, and barricades required at construction sites
• Prepare work areas for sub trades
• Assist Sub-Trades in construction activities

You Will Bring:

• 1 + years’ experience as a general labourer; construction industry considered an asset
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to work unsupervised
• Ability to work effectively in climatic conditions, good manual dexterity, physical strength, and stamina
• Understanding and cooperation of safety policies and safe work practices
• Reliable, hardworking, and strong attendance records
• Availability to work overtime with potential for weekends
• Strong work ethic and a positive team player
• Able to effectively communicate both verbally
