Job description
We’re looking for a dynamic individual to develop Traffic Plan operations in South Florida. This role would be responsible for daily operations as well as opening additional office locations.
POSITION SUMMARY: The General Manager is responsible for all operations of the Florida office(s). This includes building relationships with customers, all hiring, and oversight of daily operations ensuring the highest safety standards.

- Schedule all crews on a daily basis
- Process any proposals
- Conduct interviews for new hires
- Perform job site visits
- Manage daily crews
- Review and submit timesheets
- Handle any employee disciplinary matters
- Prepare daily, weekly reports
- Customer Liaison
- Order any rental equipment as needed
- Oversee maintenance of equipment
- Handle safety incident reporting
PRIOR EXPERIENCE IN THE TRAFFIC CONTROL INDUSTRY IS A MUST

- Thorough understanding of the South Florida traffic control industry
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to direct traffic control
- Knowledge of MS Office
