Job description
We are looking for an HR Assistant to help assist our HR Department. This is a one year, part-time, work from home (with some travel to office when needed) contract.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct support to the HR Specialist
- Assist with job posting and selecting ideal candidates
- Assist with the creation of job descriptions.
- Help with onboarding
- Keep track of upcoming contract renewals
- Communicate & build relationships with third-party agencies
- Maintain confidendiality and uphold integrity
- Maintain and update files in an organized fashion
- General administrative HR related duties as required
Qualifications:
- Post-secondary graduate or HR Diploma
- Previous HR experience
- English & Mandarin fluency preferred
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Natural leadership qualities with the ability to take direction
Job Type: Part-time
Salary: $27.00 per hour
