CAC Associates, Inc. works with multiple clients, however we are hiring for one specific client operating within the automotive industry.

An excellent Customer Service Rep must be customer-oriented and patient to deal with difficult calls.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking claim assistance over the phone
  • Entering claims in our client's database
  • Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customers
  • Work claim based on customer need
  • Follow up with any necessary outbound calls
  • Update claims as needed while providing constant follow-up to the customer

Requirements

  • Good understanding of computer systems/Basic computer skills
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Customer-oriented and cool-tempered
  • A consistent/stable internet connection
  • Proven experience as a help desk technician or other customer support role
  • Proficiency in English

Schedule: 7-8 hour shifts (Weeknights)

  • 7-8 hour shifts (M-F)
  • Overnight shift (daily)
  • Day shifts (Sat/Sun)

Pay: Pay is shift-based.

Measures of Performance:

  • Agents are held to but not limited to metrics such as schedule adherence, average handle time, quality scores etc.
  • Personal Attributes
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to sit for long periods of time
  • Ability to work flexible shifts
  • Attention to detail

EQUIPMENT QUALIFICATIONS:

· Laptop/desktop (no older than 5 years), Intel i5 core processor or equivalent AMD Processor

· Screenshare software required (preferably Discord)

· Computer Type: PC compatible (no MACs)

· Minimum OS Version: Windows 10

· Minimum RAM: 8GB or greater

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: From $11.00 per hour

  • Night shift

Weekly day range:

  • Weekend availability

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

  • Customer service: 2 years (Preferred)
