IT Operations Associate III (Sandy Utah)
Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Monitor applications and processes and applies in-depth knowledge remediate issues.
- Review documented processes for accuracy relevance.
- Analyze production issues and recommend strategies to address issues.
- Perform actions based on business/operational needs and prepare system/KPI reports.
- Assist with incident management and support requests.
- Work with Support Teams to define root cause and replicate issues, when needed.
- Work with Support Team to remediate issues.
- Verifies environment stability.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience working as a computer technician is nice to have but not a must.
- Basic understanding of virtualization and networking is a plus.
- Some computer experience or background required.
Shift Timings:
Shift rotations are required for this role to support the Global Command Center's 24x7x365 operation's schedule. The needs of the business will determine which shift the business is hiring for at the time the requisition is submitted, 1st Shift (0600-1430), 2nd Shift (14:00-22:30) or 3rd Shift (2200-0630).
Education:
- 2-year degree or equivalent
