As our new Junior Developer, you will work on an incredible variety of digital productions. If it’s technically possible, we want to see your passion, desire, and interest to make it happen! Projects are delivered on time, on budget, and with maximum creativity!

You will be responsible for contributing your expanding coding skills while producing brilliant best practice executions, for our clients worldwide. We're project-based, so we're always working with someone interesting, be it Adidas, Facebook, Google, Oculus, Netflix, or Diageo.

• Use your critical attention to detail and take great pride in making sure every deliverable is 100 %; your keen technical eye will uphold Jam3 coding standards on a daily basis
• Work with Producers, Designers, and other Developers in the execution of new work from a technical perspective to directly influence the outcome of a project
• Your love of technology is insatiable to the point you think researching is fun; constantly learning is your dream job
• Surface risk and ask great questions within projects through effective team communication by developing a safe and trusting teamwork environment; involving all team members in any given collaboration
• Your love for order leads you to produce standards-based code with the support of many OOP design principles
• Our clients and your teammates are counting on your daily commitment and your previous experience in this type of environment should lend you the knowledge of how important teamwork and dedication are to your personal success
• Ability to learn a new technical skill on the job and apply it professionally; while simultaneously being exposed to some of the top Development talents in the industry

Be prepared to discuss things like:

• Fundamentals of Web Development
• Your knowledge of PHP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, coding best practices, and all aspects of development
• Your knowledge of Server side vs. Client side
• Your opinion on popular frontend frameworks: React.js, Angular, Vue.js
• Specific topics such as module bundlers, CSS preprocessors, task runners
• Your experience with animation on the web using CSS transitions, Greensock or other libraries
• Working with REST APIs
