Are you looking to work in a fun, dynamic and team oriented dental practice? Look no further! At Tampa Smile Co. We are currently looking for a Lead dental assistant to help continue providing 5-star dental service to the wonderful patients of South Tampa.

We are offering a $500 sign on bonus paid after 90 days. We offer competitive pay plus a weekly and monthly bonus structure that will allow the right candidate to earn far above the average pay for the position.

Tampa Smile Co is a privately owned dental practice that is growing rapidly and looking for qualified candidates with 2 years or more experience. The practice is a general dental office that performs a variety of specialty procedures so you'll never be bored. The ideal candidate will have some experience in specialty services such as invisalign, dental implants, root canal procedures and more. We are willing to train on all of the listed services for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

· Leading, supervising, and training other Dental Assistants

· Maintaining clinical supplies and inventory

· Educating team members

· Greeting guests with a smile

· iTero scanner training and usage

· Prepping and educating guest before Dr. exam

· Assisting Dentists with all procedures

· Sterilizing instruments

· Preparing treatment rooms

· Recording medical history for each guest

· Performing X-rays

· Charting existing and recommended treatments

· Performing other duties as required to support the office

· Working collectively as a team to provide the best quality guest care

What do you need to have to be a part of our team?

· Active Registered Dental Assistant License

· Current CPR certification

· Minimum of 2 years of experience as an RDA in a dental practice

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
