Purpose of Job: Our Territory Sales Management Trainee program has been built to push start your career and aid you to make an impact. We are currently seeking a responsible individual to participate in our 12–24-month training program designed to provide an understanding of the Pepsi-Cola bottling industry and leadership skills necessary to perform the role of a Territory Sales Manager. The primary training location will be Garner/St. Pauls, NC and periodic rotational assignments may be in Harrisburg/Winston-Salem, NC. Upon successful completion of the Management Trainee Program, candidates will be assigned a supervisory-level position in the North Carolina area

Minimum Requirements:

• Qualified candidates will have a bachelor’s degree.
• Preferred candidates will have 2-3 years of work experience in a similar/relevant field (sales/customer service).
• Extracurricular activities that illustrate leadership are required.
• The candidate must be capable of periodic travel in each of our divisions to develop knowledge and competencies in all business channels and work processes during the training program.
