_About Westside Behavioral Care_
**Our mission at WBC since 1998 has been to make it as easy and convenient as possible for clients seeking mental health appointments to connect with licensed providers in private practice. We accomplish this by scheduling appointments based on therapist availability, insurance, specialty, and location (including online-only). Our credentialing specialist can credential therapists with nearly all insurance companies and our billing specialist handles the bulk of the billing process on the therapists' behalf.
Our model is unique in that we work exclusively with providers in private practice. We match clients to providers and assist with the billing, but therapists remain in full control of their private practice. This allows providers the freedom to set their own hours, establish their own expectations with clients, and use any software and processes of their choice. WBC does not audit client charts and does not have any additional assessment requirements.
About the therapists we seek
We are seeking a therapist already established in private practice - or willing and qualified to establish a private practice. As a therapist in private practice, our business relationship will be that of an independent (1099) contractor, not an employee. We are able to provide general guidance about establishing a private practice, though it is ultimately up to the provider to determine how the practice itself will be established.
Therapists who join us become eligible to receive a considerable volume of outpatient referrals and our goal is for therapists to eventually be able to see 10 clients per week with us. We pay substantive, per-session reimbursements to all our participating therapists which vary by insurance company.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years' experience providing mental health counseling at an exceptionally high professional and ethical level.
• Licensed in CO at a Masters or Doctoral level.
• Excellent verbal communications skills.
• Ability to see at least 10 clients per week.
• Willingness to establish or maintain a private practice office anywhere in the greater Denver area.
• Responsive to email and phone communications.

Responsibilities :

• Provide ongoing, outpatient therapy for adults, children, and/or teens (based on your client age preference).
• Devise and implement treatment plans.
• Collaborate with additional treatment providers as needed.
• Ensure that charting is completed in a professional and timely way.
• Timely submission of billing materials to our billing specialist for processing.
• Add availability to scheduling system to allow for referral of clients based on actual time slots.
