Generation Hope is looking for mental health professionals to work with clients at our busy Omaha office. Generation Hope has been in business since 2011 and has built many positive professional relationships across the Omaha metro since we opened our doors. Generation Hope focuses on breaking the cycle of violence in our community, and within families, by focusing on treating child and adult survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, neglect, physical abuse, sex trafficking and other traumas. Trauma and previous experience is preferred, but not required.

Qualified candidates will need to be licensed by the state of Nebraska as an LIMHP, LMHP, or PLMHP. Candidates should also possess the ability to work independently without the need to be micromanaged and be proficient in clinical knowledge and understanding. Therapeutic sessions are currently being held in office, in school (on a case by case basis), or over Telehealth.

Compensation: A full-time mental health professional billing 24 sessions per week has the potential to earn a yearly salary between $62,000-$78,000 based on education, licensure, experience, and work performance. Full time employees are also eligible for benefits after completion of a waiting period.
