Sears Imported Autos has an immediate opening for a Customer Service Representative in our Service Department Call Center. We are looking for an individual who communicates clearly, is passionate about the customers and who is eager to learn new skills. The Customer Service Representative is the first point of contact. Answering inbound service calls represents approximately 80% of the daily responsibilities. The Customer Service representative handles 50 to 100 inbound calls per day and assists customers with scheduling and fielding service inquiries and questions. The remaining responsibilities are making outbound contacts with current and potential customers via phone, email and text.

No automotive experience is necessary. We will train you on the job with everything you will need to know.

Essential functions:

*Answering incoming phone calls

*Schedule service appointments

*Provide status and vehicle updates to customers who are having their vehicles serviced

*Field routine questions for maintenance, pricing information, store hours, roadside assistance, etc.

*Ensure that all customers receive a prompt response to their questions or are put in contact with the best person to handle their needs Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Education/Experience:

*High School diploma or equivalent required

*Aptitude to work with a variety of computer programs and packages

We have one position open at this time: Monday - Friday 9:30am - 6:00pm .
