Job Summary:

Essential functions include but not limited to:

  • Draft, edit and send operational communications to Champions field and National Support Center
  • Create and maintain communication plans and schedules
  • Support the writing, design, and editing of operational guides, tools & resources in various channels and formats to support the implementation of company-wide processes, initiatives, and seasonal field workload
  • Establish and maintain rapport, credibility, and communication with various departments
  • Collaborate with business partners and field teams to support projects, field delivery, and resolve problems
  • Support Operations projects including seasonal initiatives, process improvement, and standard operating procedures
  • Use various platforms to analyze reporting and data to identify trends, problems, and opportunities
  • Use Microsoft SharePoint Post to post, edit, organize, and maintain information and files
  • Perform general data entry and information management tasks
  • Additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years related experience, education, or combination of the two
  • Fluency in Microsoft Suite, including but not limited to Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
  • Strong creative writing and grammar skills; ability to draft clear, concise, and engaging operational communications
  • Experience with graphic design and editing; proficiency in Adobe Acrobat and InDesign (or willingness to learn)
  • Ability to collaborate with strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task and work independently in ambiguous, fast-paced environments to meet deadlines and get things done
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to identify, analyze and proactively solve problems
  • Reliability and occasional flexibility with work schedules to meet business needs
