About the Operations Manager Position:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Operations Manager to join our team. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations of the company to ensure efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction. This is a key leadership role that requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to lead a team.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all daily operations of the company, including client services, financial management, administrative functions, and project management.
- Develop and implement procedures and processes to improve operational efficiency and productivity
- Ensure that customer service standards are met and exceeded
- Lead and motivate a team of staff to achieve company goals and objectives
- Develop and manage budgets and financial plans to ensure the long-term viability of the company
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators to senior management
- Collaborate with other departments to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
- Address and resolve any operational issues or challenges in a timely and effective manner
- Formulate strategic and operational objectives
- Examine financial data and use them to improve profitability
- Recruit, train and supervise staff
Requirements:
- 2+ years of proven success Experience in management, operations, and leadership.
- Oversees operational systems, processes, and infrastructure while looking for opportunities of improvement or revision.
- Knowledge of business productivity software and an aptitude for learning new applications
- Proficiency in conflict management and business negotiation processes
- Excellent communication skills.
- Understanding of general finance and budgeting, including profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash-flow management.
- Excellent ability to delegate responsibilities
Location: Virtual (Preferrably located in ATL or surrounding)
Hours: Monday - Friday
10 am - 6pm EST
Sometimes weekends or special events
*Work hours are flexible*
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,355.24 per year
