We are a fast-paced, delivery company seeking reliable, experienced and energetic individuals to add to our team.

**NOTE: Your own mini van, cargo van, sprinter or equivalent is required. Please advise what kind of vehicle you have when you apply. Cars and SUVs will NOT be considered at this time.

Thalman Logistics is looking for individuals to complete deliveries on dedicated routes to rural Manitoba in your own van.

This job is on weekdays only. The schedule is subject to change and hours will vary between approximately 8-10 hours per day depending on volume however each driver will be on a dedicated route, going to the same towns daily.

If you have a clean driving record, package handling and delivery experience and are knowledgeable of the city of Winnipeg and the surrounding towns, submit your resume outlining your experience and we will be in touch.

Position Description:

• Load: Sort the freight for the route, plan the route and load the van
• Drive: Complete deliveries safely, effectively, efficiently with outstanding customer service
• Quality: Ensure all packages are scanned as per procedure, customer procedures are followed. Safe driving and handling. Outstanding customer service displayed at all times.

Requirements:

Available Monday to Friday, early starts, able to work until all deliveries are completed

License: A valid driver’s license, clean drivers abstract

Transport: Able to arrive to work on time for early morning starts.

Dependability: Arrive on time and ready to work Monday - Friday

Compensation: Paid per delivery stop plus additional pieces.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: From $300.00 per day
