Pediatric Urgent Care Youth Clinician- Community Behavioral Health Center (CBHC)

Riverside is seeking a passionate Pediatric Urgent Care Youth Clinician to join our Community Behavioral Health Center (CBHC) team in based in the Stacey Middle School & the Milford High school system! This is a unique opportunity to join a growing team of dedicated behavioral health professionals!

In this vital role, the Pediatric Urgent Care Youth Clinician will:

• provide support and intervention for youth identified as having urgent behavioral health needs in Milford school setting
• participate in partnership relationship with Milford School personnel to identify and support youth in need of Urgent Behavioral Health services
• offer support, needs assessment, therapeutic intervention, and assistance in accessing long term supports and resources as needed to youth and their families
• develop service plans with youth and family

Schedule: School Hours Monday-Friday with flexible early morning and after school hours available; This position is based in Milford School Systems

• Bi-Lingual/Portuguese/Spanish preferred
• Child and Adolescent Needs and Strengths (CANS) certified (can be attained upon hire)
• Must be able to work as a member of a team and to function independently
• Intermediate computer fluency, including Microsoft Office, required

• Master’s degree in social work, Psychology or Counseling required
• Independent licensure or on track for independent licensure in the state of MA
• Experience or willingness to be trained in evidence-based practices
• One year of experience specific to the clinician’s training and expertise required
• Must meet all requirements leading to an active professional license in the individual’s professional discipline, including, but not limited to, continuing education, ethical requirements, etc.
