Aya Healthcare is looking for Certified Cath Lab Techs to work Per Diem in Los Angeles, CA.

Job Details:

Job Requirements

• 1 year minimum experience Community Hospital or Stemi Work setting experience
• Must be certified
• General skills experience: Scrub, circulate, EKG
• Cardiac Cath Lab Procedure Experience: Balloon Angioplasty, PCI, Stents, Thrombectomy, left & right heart catheterization, shockwave, CSI
• Electrophysiology Procedure Experience: inserting/programming of AICDs (Automatic Implantable Cardiac Defibrilators) & Peacemaker insertion
• Interventional Radiology Procedure Experience: stents, angioplasty, peripherals, upper & lower extremity, ABD and pelvic, genitourinary studies, vascular studies, venous access
• EKG Settings Experience: inpatient, outpatient, pacemakers, obtaining vitals, rhythm interpretation, sinus node rhythms
• BLS, ARRT, Flouro Permit

Preferred

• GENERAL SKILLS EXPERIENCE: Monitor
• CARDIAC CATH LAB PROCEDURE EXPERIENCE: Filter placement, pacemaker/defib device placement
• ELECTROPHYSIOLOGY PROCEDURE EXPERIENCE: cardioversion
• INTERVENTIONAL RADIOLOGY PROCEDURE EXPERIENCE: hemo dynamic monitoring
• EKG SETTINGS EXPERIENCE: 12 lead EKG
• Charting system: Allscripts, MERGE
