• Brief Description

Diamond Lake Clinic is a mental and behavioral health clinic providing integrative care that specializes in psychiatric evaluations, medication management, clinical social work, individual and family therapy. We are currently seeking a part-time or full-time Psychiatric APRN/CNS/DNP or PA for our growing mental health clinic to do psychiatric evaluations and medication management. We are committed to collaboration and excellence in care and autonomy.

Our services include: Outpatient Mental Health Treatment, Medication Management (including Suboxone and Spravato), TMS and Mental Health Psychotherapy

• Responsibilities:

- Provide psychiatric diagnostic assessments, evaluate need for medications, and prescribe as indicated and document all information
- Provide information with others involved in treatment planning when appropriate
- Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings

• Requirements

- Current active and unrestricted State of Minnesota License to practice medicine
- Current DEA license
* Buprenorphine waiver is not required, but is a plus

- Knowledge of regulatory standards governing care delivery and operations

- Proficient in the use of computers including experience with Electronic Health Records

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year

COVID-19 considerations:
Limited patient in clinic to those who are required for treatment. The majority of patients are now being seen over a telehealth platform.

• Minneapolis, MN 55417: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
