Looking for MEDICAL ASSISTANT for premier and boutique Plastic Surgery Office.

A leading PLASTIC SURGERY practice in Pacific Heights San Francisco is looking for a
medical assistant. We prefer someone who has an MA background, experience or schooling.

Your responsibilities will include both front and back office work. This includes: greeting and scheduling patients, rooming and interviewing patients, assisting with office procedures, recording patient’s medical history, communicating with patients and hospitals, and entries into the electronic medical record. This job will provide you a great medical education with an abundance of teaching. The office is high tech, and all systems are very efficient and in place to provide a highly personalized and patient-centered experience that is very calm and very human. All surgery is done off site, and we do not deal with any insurance or insurance claims.

This is a high-level customer service experience. You are ideal for this position if you care about people, use your words extremely well, are professional, mindful, and compassionate. We prefer you to have great attention to detail and organizational skills, advanced computer skills, are a fast learner, and curious.
