Real Estate Coordinator/Marketing

Retail real estate consulting group that provides transaction and advisory services to major national retailers seeking a Coordinator/Marketing person. Must be very knowledgable of MS Office Suite to include Adobe and Illustrator. You will work closely with principles to create time sensitive and sometimes urgent proposals. Must be a pleasant, positive, and professional communicator. When conducting research, the coordinator is naturally very inquisitive, enjoys finding hidden information and is an independent thinker. Various projects as needed. Flexibility for after hour projects as needed.

ARES has a virtual office environment that relies on networking tools and excellent communication between consultants located nationwide. This opportunity is excellent for someone who wants to be part of a dynamic, professional and very experienced team but also values flexibility and can work independently.

Approximately 20 hours/week, 1099.
