Seeking agents who are ready to put in the work for a better future. Experience is preferred but not necessary. We have the team in place to guide YOUR business in the right direction, Whatever that may be for YOU. This is a commission only position and your compensation will be directly correlated to how hard you work and your desire to grow. We especially would like to hear from you if you are a licensed agent selling 5-20 homes per year and you are STUCK. We can get you unstuck!

We have full-time administrative staff, so you don’t have to be worried about support with marketing, database, etc. We offer training to help you learn and grow your knowledge from experienced agents. We have a Transaction Management Service, so you're not tied up in the paperwork for your deals. We have a Lead Coordination Service to help build your database & pipeline. We have all of the tools needed for you to succeed!

Ability to cover Lehigh Valley, Upper Bucks, Montgomery and Berks County is a must.

We're looking for candidates with a competitive mindset and a hunger to grow & succeed. You must be able to juggle multiple clients, work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and have the ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
