<<<< The Receptionist is the first contact to greet visitors by phone and in person. The Receptionist will primarily answer a multi-line telephone system and greet visitors in a timely, pleasant, and professional manner and provide information and assistance to other departments as needed. >>>>

The full-time position works Monday - Friday from 8:30 am – 4:30 pm

The part-time position is 4:30 pm – 7:30 pm and includes Saturdays

Responsibilities

· Answer all incoming calls according to company policy and proper telephone etiquette

· Direct telephone call to the appropriate parties as necessary

· Additional administrative responsibilities

· Operate an advanced phone system with extensive capabilities

· Handle multiple lines while remaining professional and courteous

Qualifications

· Will have excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

· Superior customer service skills

· Must be punctual, with solid time-management skills

· Professional appearance and work ethic
