This RF Assembler role is designed to build on your electronics skills and abilities while providing continued development to enhance your skills for future opportunities that may include other more senior team contributor roles and possible management roles. Perform all assigned tasks based on demonstrated, certified skills and abilities necessary to fabricate and assemble High Frequency Hermetically Sealed Hybrids.
In this role, you will support electronics production activities at our Littleton, Colorado manufacturing facility. The work schedule will be: 4 x 10 schedule Tuesday through Friday, 2nd shift

The base range for this position in Colorado is $20.00 - $36.88.

What does this role look like?

This role will offer you the following daily challenges:
Perform a variety of production assembly operations on electronic and/or mechanical assemblies and subassemblies such as modules, boards, panels, drawers, frames, and cables. Must be able to interpret engineering drawings, process specifications, and wiring diagrams. Make initial layouts and use hand and/or power tools, jigs, and saws. Perform basic arithmetic functions for weight measurements, torque conversions, and dimensional measurements.- Perform assembly of electromechanical components, epoxy attach, surface mount technology, connector mate/de-mate, box level mechanical assembly and hardware torqueing.
- Perform ribbon bonding, perform epoxy attach and die attach of components. Must be proficient in Thermosonic Wire Bonding.
- Perform mechanical box assembly operations including circuit card assembly alignment and torqueing operations.
- Perform workmanship/test inspections and verifications. May be required to perform repair and rework of components and assemblies as required to ensure optimal operation.
To be successful, you will need to possess these basic qualifications:
- Be a U.S. Citizen
- Employment is contingent upon successful completion and maintenance of all required certifications for this role.
- Must be able to read and comprehend written work instructions.
- Plated through Hole Soldering Experience
- Surface mount technology Soldering Experience
- Epoxy and adhesive mixing and application experience.
- Wire routing experience.
If you possess these key skills, you will be able adapt to this role more quickly:
- Electronic Circuit Card Assembly Experience.
- Prior experience with wire harness or electronics manufacturing.
- Solder, bond, and coating certification.
- Prior experience working a tool controlled or clean room environment.
- Industry-related certifications such as NASA Hand Solder, J-STD, Hardware torque, Adhesive Bonding, Polymerics, Connector Mate & De-Mate, and NASA cable harness.
- Prior solder fountain or wave solder experience.
- Lean manufacturing experience.
- MS office proficiency.
- Capable of Multi-tasking in a fast-paced team environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
