SITEX is a progressive company that is looking for a Route Service & Sales Specialist (RSSS) to deliver products and work with clients on a daily basis. As our representative in the field, you will be involved in all customer facing transactions. You will deliver uniforms, renew contracts, upgrade services, collect payments, and ensure customer satisfaction. The position is full time, Monday through Friday, and is ideal for someone that values a regular schedule and loves working with people. New employees will start in a support capacity, learning our business and helping existing route personnel with their daily responsibilities. After candidates have successfully demonstrated their ability to manage their own route, they are assigned a territory. Each day starts at our Jasper, IN facility where RSSS’s load their vehicles and then make that day’s appointed visits.

Duties and Responsibilities
Promote the Company’s products emphasizing their quality objectives
Identify potential opportunities to increase sales within existing customer accounts
Solicit business and make sales proposals to prospective accounts
Inspect products as required and compare results with the established quality targets or objectives
Drive and transport goods/products, occasionally across multi-state lines
Responsible for delivery of products in conformance with the quality standards
Comply with the Driver’s Criteria and Vehicle Fleet Safety Policy requirements
Practice safe work habits
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Understanding of basic arithmetic, business and financial concepts
Current driver’s license in good standing; clean motor vehicle record (MVR); ability to meet DOT requirements; minimum 21 years of age
Pass SITEX administered driving test
Ability to stand; walk up to five miles per day; sit for long periods of time operating a vehicle; climb stairs; balance; stoop; kneel; push; pull
Ability to repeatedly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and more; proper lifting techniques required
