Responsibilities:
- Advises present or prospective customers of the most suitable company products/solutions by answering incoming inquiries and responding via outbound calls or email
- Influences customers to buy or retain company products or services by following existing sales process & a list of prepared profiling & qualifying questions or script
- Documents all profiling information, cross-selling results, marketing activities & transactions in SALESFORCE or CRM system
- Maintains sales operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes
- Maintains quality customer service by following organization standards in a timely manner
- Maintains technical knowledge by attending regular product/solution training; reviewing publications and potentially customer events
- Contributes to team effort by completing related goals and duties as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science: in Business, Engineering, or Computer Science related field
- 2+ years of telephone skills and sales experience
- Customer focus and client-oriented
- Basic data entry skills
- Experience in selling solutions to customer needs
- The ability of proven closing skills; results-oriented
- Detail-oriented and teamwork ethic
- Understand basic technology knowledge
