Rejuv Cosmetic Center and Spa is a beautiful MedSpa, surgery center and Day Spa located in the heart of Bernardsville. Rejuv a is looking for a professional, enthusiastic, and friendly individual to join our team. Applicant must be able to work as part of a team as well as be proactive individually. The shift for this position is Saturdays from

8:30-5:30pm. Must be able to multi-task and perform well in a fast paced environment.

Please note: Interviews for this position are being held Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

-Answer multi-line phone

-Client check in/out including processing payments

-Maintaining multiple schedules

-Maintaining a clean workspace and retail shelves

-Greeting visitors

Qualified applicants must have:

-Prior experience as front desk receptionist in a spa and/or medspa

-Computer skills

-Own reliable source of transportation

-Experience with a booking software

-Exceptional customer service experience and communication skills

-Must be able to work a flexible schedule (opening shift and closing shift are a must) and cover shifts of other employees when they are out of the office

Paid training, willing to train the right candidate.
