Hiring Valet parking Security Guard for Condominium in Downtown

Hourly wage: $19.68

Responsibilities:

• Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging customer service.
• Provide homeowners and guests with an exceptional arrival and departure experience that makes them feel welcome in their condominium home
• Greet homeowners and guests immediately with a friendly and sincere welcome. Open car doors and lobby doors for arriving and departing homeowners and guests
• Park vehicles and/or retrieve valet parked vehicles in a timely and courteous manner. Move from lobby post to other areas throughout the condominium in response to homeowner needs
• Maintain driveway traffic flow to allow lobby entrance accessibility ensuring ample space for passenger loading and unloading
• Lift luggage, packages and boxes from vehicles, placing items on ground, baggage carts or other vehicles
• Assist homeowners with mail, messages, deliveries and guest announcements
• Perform any other job duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

• 
  Valid G Class Ontario Driver's Licence is a must
• Driver's abstract is essential
• Experience in vallet required
• Must hold a valid Ontario Security License
• First Aid CPR-C required
• Must be able to operate both Manual and Automatic Transmission
• Ability to multitask and tend to several customers/residents at once
• Park guests’ vehicles in predetermined areas within the parking lot, following all traffic laws
• Must be available to work full time for any shifts assigned
• Possess effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills with ability to deal with all levels of personnel and the general public in a professional and effective manner
• Licensing requirements are subject to province and/or local laws and regulations and will be required prior to employment.
• As a condition of employment, employee must successfully complete a background check
• Display exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Have intermediate computer skills to operate innovative, wireless technology at client specific sites
• Ability to handle crisis situations at the client site, calmly and efficiently
