Senior Service Now Systems Integrator (Remote - Eligible)

We are seeking a Service Now System Integrator to be on the forefront of driving innovation and transformation of Desktop Software Asset and Application Management solutions for Capital One.

In this role you will be partnering with and across teams to drive technical and data analysis, provide technical direction to deliver high-quality Desktop Software Asset Management solutions, and provide technical and data support for Operations partners. You will also be accountable for providing administrative support for production systems and the delivery of project work to enhance and improve our Software Asset and Application Management capabilities.

What You’ll Do:

• Quickly understand business needs and translate these needs into technical solutions

• Manage complex troubleshooting efforts that cross multiple platforms and technical disciplines

• Provide technical and data analysis support for Operations partners

• Recognize and implement automation opportunities

• Actively solicit, analyze, and negotiate customer requirements

• Assimilate information and requirements from a variety of sources into one comprehensive view

• Use your very strong communication skills and ability to interact with internal IT, third party vendors, and business partners

• Learn & analyze complex, interconnected business processes / systems

• Translate requirements into technical specs for core IT teams to figure out how we are going to reach a solution

• Manage multiple tasks / projects in a fast-paced and changing environment

• Focus on reuse, scalability, resilience and performance of the solution

• Identify technical obstacles early and work closely with teams to find creative solutions

• Educate team members on capabilities and constraints of technology platforms

• Consistently share best practices and improve processes within and across teams

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree

• At least 4 years of experience with ServiceNow

• At least 2 years of experience in ServiceNow’s IT Service Management module

• At least 3 years of experience writing SQL queries

• At least 3 years of experience with SDLC practices and execution

• At least 3 years of experience manipulating large data sets in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel

• At least 1 year of experience in technical documentation including test case creation

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Data Science or related field

• 1+ years experience with Software Asset Management and Application Management principles

• 1+ years experience with ServiceNow data relationships

• 1+ year experience with ServiceNow’s SAM Pro module

• 5+ years of experience with troubleshooting complex issues, performing root cause analysis and complex problem-solving

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.

Location is New York City: $131,400 - $150,000 for Senior System Integrator

Location is San Francisco, California: $139,200 - $158,900 for Senior System Integrator

Remote roles in other areas of New York & California, and across Colorado & Washington: $111,400 - $127,200 for Senior System Integrator

Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate’s offer letter.

This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
