Salary: $115,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year

Bonus: is annual based on company, personal, and area performance

We are seeking a highly-skilled (15+ years of related experience) PROFESSIONAL CIVIL or ENVIRONMENTAL ENGINEER to lead our projects throughout the Great Lakes region!

If you have an Ohio Professional Engineering license, strong technical skills in wastewater treatment, and project management experience, we want to hear from you!

Key requirements:

* Ohio Professional Engineer License.
* Experience leading design efforts on projects in the Great Lakes region.
* Ability to guide and supervise staff throughout the Great Lakes region.
* Solid technical knowledge in all things related to wastewater treatment.
* Desire to support business development efforts.
* Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering or other related
discipline and more than 15 years of experience in the design, analysis and studies
of water and wastewater.
* Knowledge of civil plans and relationships between sheet types within a set of
plans.
* Demonstrated ability in project management.
* Successful experience in team management.
* Competition in MS Office suite, AutoCAD Civil 3D is an advantage.
* Existing relationships with municipal and/or industrial clients are a plus.
