Job description

Stage Left Steak & Catherine Lombardi in New Brunswick, New Jersey are seeking professional front of the house staff members - captains, bartenders, servers, backwaiters, bussers, and hosts.

The ideal candidates for these positions MUST:
- be able to multi-task in a high-volume atmosphere while remaining detail oriented
- be self-motivated
- have strong communication skills, and be a team player
- be courteous, kind, and have a positive attitude
- have a passion for food and hospitality
- available Saturdays (after 2PM) and a minimum of 3 weeknights (after 3PM)

Bartenders MUST have:
- a minimum of 3 years' craft cocktail bartending experience in a high-volume, upscale atmosphere
- longevity in previous work experience
- strong beer, liquor, craft cocktail, & cocktail history knowledge
- proficient wine knowledge

Preferred but not required for all positions:
- a minimum of 1 year experience in an upscale and/or fine restaurant or hospitality-related field
- longevity in previous work experience
- basic beer, wine, & liquor knowledge
- Aloha proficient
- Opentable proficient

ENTRY level positions available for hosts and bussers.

We do NOT hire seasonal, summer employees; we are looking for employees to work year round.

Full time employees are eligible for partial health insurance benefits and sick pay. All employees receive a dining discount.
