Role: ServiceNow Architect with CSM
Exp: 10+ Years
Location: NY/NJ Only (2 days Onsite a Week)
Visa: Other Than Opt’s
MOI: Phone + Skype
Skills Required:
· ServiceNow + CSM implementations + Case Management
· Someone with CSM v6 experience and who has done case management implementation, not just ticketing.
· The key skill is solution and architecture design along with other business and engineering clients and PS team members.
