Pay Range: $63k to $93k DOE

The Senior Quality Improvement Program Manager coordinates the development and implementation of quality studies, chart reviews and other quality department projects. The Senior Quality Improvement Program Manager develops detailed action plans, facilitates meetings, and effectively communicates and documents final results of all projects.
- Oversees Infection Control Program ; Chairs and facilitates the Infection Control Committee.
- The Senior Quality Improvement Program Manager reviews & revises Infection Control Protocols, Policies and Procedures.
- Develops and implements agency policies, procedures, and protocols as assigned
- Makes recommendations on content and format of policies and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance with regulations. Ensures accurate submission of HPMS (Health Plan Management System) data on a quarterly basis.
- Oversee Participant Incident Reporting; includes tracking and reviewing all incident reports for accuracy and completeness. Provide education to select stakeholders on Incident Reporting.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Public Health or similar degree from an accredited academic institution and at least three years’ direct care work experience in a health care organization required. CPHQ preferred.
- Current RN licensure required.
- Minimum two (2) years of infection control experience.
