This role is responsible for the end-to-end design, implementation and management of core talent programs and services across the global Convera organization, such as performance management, succession, promotions, career development and retention. Responsibilities include assessing program, business and systems requirements, designing agile talent solutions that balance rigor and speed, building and implementing project plans. The right candidate for this role has a strong understanding of talent management, is adept at using data as an input for design and for assessing impact and is skilled at assessing tradeoffs and making high judgment decisions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in talent-related program or project management
• Strong talent program management background, with demonstrated experience leading medium to large global People projects
• Experience designing and delivering programs/products in two or more of the following talent management disciplines: performance management, succession, promotions, career development, retention.
• Ability to design and implement high-level strategic initiatives, but also dig into details and tactics to get the job done
• Demonstrated experience using data and metrics to drive design and continuous improvement
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
• Master’s Degree in Industrial Psychology, Organizational Behavior, or related discipline.
