Staffing Agency Account Manager/Recruiter- Full Desk- Remote

We are currently seeking a Staffing Agency Account Manager/Recruiter who works Full Desk- both business development and recruiting- to join our growing team. The recruitment industry is exploding now that people are getting back to work as states open. It is a time to make serious money while helping people find the next steps in their careers. This position will allow you to work 100% remotely while finding clients and building your book of business. This is position is also 100% commission-based and has no cap on your income. Our commission payouts are the highest in the industry on purpose so YOU reap the rewards of your effort!

We specialize in placing professionals in IT, Accounting/Finance, Legal, Pharma, and Administrative positions. If your specialty is outside of these, we are open to considering it.

Responsibilities include:

• Acquiring new clients and getting job orders/requisitions to fill
• Recruiting top candidates around the country for our open positions
• Show the value of our contract, contract to hire, and permanent placement recruiting services to potential candidates and clients
• Keep up to date with market knowledge in companies and hiring trends
• Cultivate successful long-term relationships with candidates and clients to further establish yourself as a trusted provider and advisor
• Deliver exceptional service, remain engaged with your candidates and clients, and build a professional network that results in further business opportunities
• Able to handle both the candidate and client sides of job orders

Qualifications:

• Success in finding candidates and clients and maintaining relationships with them
• A recruiter who thrives on growing a book of business earning unlimited commissions
• Superior communication and time management skills
• Planning, persistence, and follow up are key
• Recruiting industry experience is required

100% Remote and 100% commission- No Cap!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $150,000.00 per year
