About the Role and Company
We’re a leading CPA firm based in San Francisco and looking to grow our team. We’re diverse in both the type of work we do and the industries we engage in and serve. We’re searching for a long-term motivated tax professional, with 3-5 years of experience, a people person with excellent communication skills.
This is a remote, permanent P/T position. The ideal candidate will be able to work with high net-worth clients and business owners in a friendly manner, providing first-class customer service for account relationships, instilling confidence, and maintaining confidentiality.
Compensation: $45,000 – $60,000 per year plus bonuses at the discretion of the employer

Location and Hours: Part-time, Monday – Friday
Responsibilities and Skills
- Prepare and review 1040, 1065, 1120, 1120s
- Confidently provide tax advice and tax planning to individual and business clients
- Have speed and accuracy with numbers along with extreme attention to details
- Work independently, accurately, and efficiently with minimal direction
- Meet tight deadlines, work well under pressure, and prioritize multiple incoming requests
- Have common sense, logic, and ability to learn new things quickly
- Maintain company’s 12-hour reply policy
Requirements
- CPA or EA with 3+ years of experience and excellent communication skills
- Proficient with Excel
- 3 years of experience with QBO
- Experience with Intuit Proconnect
