We are looking to hire Team Members to be a part of our fun and upbeat Lemonade Stand. We are looking for responsible, young, and energetic candidates that can serve the best customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepping ingredients, making purees, juicing lemons
• Preparing and serving lemonades, acai bowls, smoothies, toast, and oats
• Calling out orders when they are ready
• Cleaning stand, washing dishes, and taking out trash
• Helping unload inventory and putting away in stand
• Using proper food handling and sanitation protocols
• Memorizing all job duties and completing them timely
• Listening to instructions and following directions
• Memorizing and following recipes exactly
• Learning about our products, their nutritional benefits, and sharing with customers
• Greeting and acknowledging every customer that comes into the stand
• Giving warm and gracious service to every customer
• Ensuring every customer leaves happy
• Deliver food orders to customers quickly and accurately
• Greeting customers and engaging them in conversation
• Offering assistance in what to order and answering questions
• Explaining menu items
• Ringing up orders and taking payments
• Politely dealing with customer issues yourself or by directing them to a manager

Qualifications

• We need responsible, young, and energetic candidates that can serve the best lemonade stand experience
• Able and willing to be cross trained in all departments of the stand (cashier, runner, food prep, etc.)
• Must be friendly to customers even if you don’t like it
• Must be able to give excellent customer service
• Must be able to lift 40 lbs
• Must be able to stand on your feet for the duration of your shift
• Must be on time to shifts
• Must be honest and reliable
• Must not create workplace drama
• Must be able to work well and communicate with other employees
• Must be very quick and efficient
• Must be self-motivated and able to see what needs to be done
• Must be knowledgeable about our core values and mission
• County approved Food Handler's safety card required

Pay: $11.25 - $14.50 per hour
