Job Summary:

Profire Energy Inc. is a leading burner management and combustion company focused on the oil and gas and other industries. With service and sales locations in Acheson, Alberta Canada; Lindon, Utah; Houston, Midland, and Victoria Texas; Pennsylvania, Ohio, and Oklahoma, Profire is positioned for aggressive future growth.

We are currently seeking results-oriented and customer focused Contractors to join our Field Services Team in the Grande Prairie Region. We would like to retain a contractor to provide the services as indicated below. The contractor will perform all of these services and will not allow any other person to perform the services without Profire’s permission.

Job Requirements:

• Provide professional and accurate service and technical support to customers and users of Profire products.
• Be available for customer service call outs including after hours and weekends.
• Ensure that all service tickets and work orders are complete and accurate.
• Coordinate efforts with Territory Service Manager.
• Provide daily updates and weekly reports as directed the territory service manager.
• Participate in the sales process by being an expert and advocate of Profire products and solutions.
• Train installation partners on Profire Installations, operation and trouble shooting.
• Perform accurate, efficient, and professional service on and with Profire products: Installations, Burner Maintenance, Combustion Analysis, Warranty & Repair, Field scoping activities
• Attend training as provided and spend time self-training on Profire products, procedures, and solutions.
• Become a reliable subject matter expert on installations, combustion, trouble shooting, etc.
• Maintain accurate inventory of transferred product. Complete quarterly inventory counts.
• Responsible to document all time and mileage charges, noting any exceptions from estimates.
• Responsible to complete accurate and detailed combustion reports for every appliance serviced.
• Field representatives for sales, refers all leads to service manager for report to sales manager.

Position Qualifications:

• Demonstrated field installation expertise
• Ability to comply with all customer requirements for onsite work, including background checks and drug tests
• Mechanical and electrical inclination
• Technical degree/Trade diploma or equivalent experience: Instrumentation, Electrical, Gas Fitter
• Willingness to travel
• Aptitude to learn and implement new software systems.
• Ability to collaborate and problem solve with other intercompany departments.
• Have the ability to own and operate their own truck to contract to Profire
