MISSION
Fulfill customer orders on a daily basis in accordance to the respective pick process and performance measurables.

OUTCOMES
OUTCOME: Operate power equipment within company guidelines and within OSHA standards
Report any safety issues to management
Obey all stated safety precautions per Kem Krest guidelines
OUTCOME: Meet or exceed LPH metrics throughout the year
Safe and efficient use of company resources, tools, and equipment
Maintain internal damages below company standards
OUTCOME: MEET OR EXCEED CUSTOMER EXPECTATIONS
Ensure accuracy and quality of customer orders
Ensure palletizing and wrapping meets program guidelines
OUTCOME: CONTRIBUTE TO GROWTH OF ORGANIZATION
Utilize company resources and training to improve skills necessary for fulfilling customer orders

High School or GED preferred
Ability to stand for entire shift
Demonstrate basic reading and math skills
Organizational skills
Ability to learn to operate material moving equipment
Ability to meet physical requirements of position
Sense of urgency
Ability to meet physical requirements by lifting up to 65 lbs throughout the workday with assistance
