NATURA Sugaring Melt & Wax Spa is an upscale, established, and successful Sugaring Melt and Wax Family business with 6 locations in California and 3 locations in Florida. We are looking for licensed Estheticians/Laser Techs to join our Happy Team at our busy Fort Lauderdale location.

WHAT DO WE DO?

At NATURA we do waxing, sugaring melt, facials and laser hair removal services for our clients. Home of the Original Sugaring Melt, NATURA Spa provides Brazilian wax services in a way that you have never seen anywhere else. We have developed a unique 3-step method for the brazilian bikini hair removal, and we only use the best products. Our waxes are all Natural and our very own Sugaring Melt contains no wax – only Sugar, lemon juice and Water.

WHY ARE WE UNIQUE?

Well, first of all, NATURA Sugaring Melt & Wax Spa is a REAL BRAZILIAN SPA! The owners were born and raised in Brazil. The founder and Head Esthetician, Rafaela Chagas, has over 20 years of experience with waxing and is the one responsible for developing the 3-step method for the so famous Brazilian Wax service. During the training each of the estheticians will learn the REAL SUGARING MELT & WAX TECHNIQUE and ultimately become NATURA certified.

Qualifications

To qualify for this position you must possess:

- Team-player attitude

- Strong work ethic

- Flexibility

- Dependability

- Great communication Skills

- At least 1 year of Waxing / Sugaring Experience

- Must be licensed in Florida

Compensation:

Hourly wage ranges from: $12.00 - $20.00 per hour (based on experience)

+ Product Commissions

+ Service Commissions

+ BONUS for membership sign ups

+ TIPS

Job Type: Part-time/Full time

Flexible schedule when arranged coverage with a co-worker.

Must be available to work weekends.
