International franchise company with 150+ franchisees is seeking a home-based Window Treatment Product Specialist to support our franchise owners.

This person will report directly to the VP of Franchise Relations.

DUTIES

Your primary role will be to educate, train and support our franchise owners, and equip them with the skills and confidence to successfully sell custom hard and soft window treatments. You will have a wide range of duties, including but not limited to:

-onboarding and educating new franchisees

-manage Learning Management System

-individual phone and email discussions with franchise owners

-assist with ongoing webinars and presentations

-develop ongoing educational and instructional videos

DESIRED SKILLS

Intimate knowledge of window treatments, including design, hard and soft products, fabrics, workroom, vendors, etc. is critical to the success of this role. Experience selling window treatments in the home is a big plus but not absolutely necessary.

High level of expertise with PowerPoint, Word, Excel, etc.

Presentation skills.

COMPETENCIES

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Exceptional efficiency and time management skills.

You will need strong interpersonal skills to be successful in this position. This is a very interactive, hands-on position, and working directly with franchise owners will be a significant portion of your time and effort.

COMPENSATION

This position has a target compensation (salary plus bonuses) of $60-65K with benefits; bonus program is tied to the growth of the Company.

This is a work from home position, so you must be a self-starter and capable of working without being micromanaged. You will have a lot of freedom and flexibility to perform your duties, and you must be self-disciplined. You must live in the Denver metropolitan area and be able to attend bi-weekly staff meetings, as well as monthly training classes.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
